Refunds & Cancellations:
Digital Products & Consulting Services
All sales of digital products, including software, reports, and templates, as well as consulting services, are final and non-refundable once delivered. If a purchase was made in error or did not meet the described specifications, you may request a review by contacting team@mathematic.management within seven days of the transaction. Refunds will be issued only at our sole discretion.
Subscription Services:
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription will be considered only in cases of system errors, double billing, or extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
One-Time Purchases:
Refunds for one-time purchases of software, reports, or digital assets will be granted only if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within seven business days. Refunds will not be provided for user errors, such as incorrect email addresses or failure to download, change of mind, or failure to review the product description before purchase.
Delivery & Fulfillment Timeline:
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact team@mathematic.management. If a technical issue prevents access, we will work to resolve the issue within seven business days.
Consulting Services
Consulting services are scheduled upon payment. Customers will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with booking details. If the service cannot be provided as scheduled, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Physical Products
Orders are processed within five business days and shipped via standard delivery. Estimated delivery timeframe is seven to fourteen business days, depending on location. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a transaction, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
